That was reasonable suspicion for at least a stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.wa.gov\/opinions\/index.cfm?fa=opinions.showOpinion&amp;filename=299163MAJ\">State v. Duncan<\/a>, 2014 Wash. App. LEXIS 706 (March 25, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Pacing a car at 33 in a 25 zone may not be ideal, but it\u2019s enough for a stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/About_the_Courts\/Court_of_Appeals\/Court_of_Appeals_Opinions\/Recent_Opinions\/20140326\/11-1613.pdf\">State v. Querry<\/a>, 2014 Iowa App. LEXIS 260 (March 26, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>The trial judge\u2019s finding defendant couldn\u2019t drive fully on the right side of the road because it was gravel was not clearly erroneous. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.in.gov\/judiciary\/opinions\/pdf\/03251402mm.pdf\">State v.
