State<\/a>, 2014 Tex. App. LEXIS 2957 (Tex. App. \u2013 Houston (1st Dist.) March 18, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>The government agrees not to use statements made by defendant during the execution of the search warrant here in the face of a motion to suppress that the statements were influenced by the agents saying that he might not be prosecuted if he cooperated.
