App. LEXIS 176 (March 18, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant consented to a blood DNA sample in a sex assault case. After a match, the state sought a search warrant to get a confirming test. The prior match was probable cause for issuing the warrant. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=5fb2af54-5e19-41e3-b689-5529f9668faa\">Couch v. State<\/a>, 2014 Ga.
