Douglas<\/a>, 744 F.3d 1065 (8th Cir. 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers responding to an 911 overdose call got into decedent\u2019s barricaded bedroom, and he came at them with a raised knife. They shot and killed him. Qualified immunity. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca5.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/pub\/13\/13-30337-CV0.pdf\">Harris v. Serpas<\/a>, 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 4643 (5th Cir. March 12, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>The affidavit for the search warrant supported the conclusion drug evidence would be found at defendant\u2019s house based on the totality. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca11.uscourts.gov\/unpub\/ops\/201215549.pdf\">United States v.
