The apartment had been broken into. When they saw a man matching the description, he could be stopped. When he fled it rose to probable cause. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/2\/2014\/2014-ohio-626.pdf\">State v. Foreman<\/a>, 2014-Ohio-626, 2014 Ohio App. LEXIS 625 (2d Dist. February 21, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Ohio treats people just arrested and giving information on others the same as anonymous tips. This one was uncorroborated and did not provide reasonable suspicion. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/9\/2014\/2014-ohio-579.pdf\">State v. Robinson<\/a>, 2014-Ohio-579, 2014 Ohio App. LEXIS 556 (9th Dist. February 19, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s girlfriend sent a text to her aunt saying \u201chelp,\u201d and the police were called. She was bloody as was her boyfriend. She gave them a key to check out the house. The emergency aid exception applied. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/5\/2014\/2014-ohio-590.pdf\">State v. Methvin<\/a>, 2014-Ohio-590, 2014 Ohio App. LEXIS 566 (5th Dist.
