Bell<\/a>, 2012 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 679 (August 31, 2012)) reversed. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsc.state.tn.us\/sites\/default\/files\/belldavidopn.pdf\">State v. Bell<\/a>, 2014 Tenn. LEXIS 121 (February 20, 2014):<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We have considered the totality of the circumstances from the evidence adduced at the suppression hearing. Mr. Bell\u2019s significant moving violation, the odor of alcohol, and his admission to drinking \u201cmore than [he] should have\u201d were sufficient to permit a prudent person to believe that he was driving under the influence of an intoxicant, even considering successful performance on a battery of field sobriety tests.
