Siggers<\/a>, 2014-Ohio-506, 2014 Ohio App. LEXIS 474 (4th Dist. January 31, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>The citizen informant in this case called the police and then met them in the neighborhood as they approached defendant\u2019s house. He identified himself and made himself accountable for what he said, and that made his story more believable.
