A search warrant for the premises authorizes a search of the person of anybody found there. <a href=\"http:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=837525223284584585&amp;q=summers&amp;hl=en&amp;as_sdt=1002\">Michigan v. Summers<\/a>, 452 U.S. 692 (1981); <a href=\"http:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=2057968168700361974&amp;q=Tindle+v.+Enochs&amp;hl=en&amp;as_sdt=1006\">Tindle v. Enochs<\/a>, 420 Fed.Appx. 561 (6th Cir. 2011). United States v. Pineda, 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 19089 (M.D. Tenn. February 13, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Defense counsel was not ineffective for not raising recantation of statement used for probable cause that came after the motion to suppress hearing\u2013-it did not undermine the probable cause at the time. It was the witness\u2019s false statement; not that of the police.
