It turned out that the driver and the lone passenger had warrants for their arrest. The towing and inventory of the vehicle was reasonable. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=e6741049-1bb9-40e3-8a8d-bea422abbea7\">Armstrong v. State<\/a>, 2014 Ga. App. LEXIS 51 (February 6, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>The person living at the house had apparent authority to consent, assuming defendant had standing [which seems doubtful but not explored]. <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinion.pdf\/134501.U.pdf\">United States v. Gardner<\/a>, 554 Fed. Appx. 165 (4th Cir. 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>With information from a CI, the police knew that a vehicle with Utah plates would show up at defendant\u2019s house to buy methamphetamine. Based on all they knew, there was reasonable suspicion for the stop when they showed up. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca10.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/12\/12-8040.pdf\">United States v.
