McClendon<\/a>, 133 So. 3d 239 (La.App. 4 Cir. 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s DNA matched DNA taken from him when he was in a Georgia prison, and the taking of that DNA was constitutional. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.la4th.org\/opinion\/2013\/349871.pdf\">State v. Webb<\/a>, 133 So. 3d 258 (La.App. 4 Cir. 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was stopped at gunpoint and handcuffed, and it was at least with reasonable suspicion, if not probable cause he was involved in an armed robbery.
