Somebody reported seeing his knife collection, and probation came to his house and wanted to see it. The entry into the house was valid under his probation condition. <a href=\"http:\/\/supremecourt.ne.gov\/sites\/supremecourt.ne.gov\/files\/sc\/opinions\/s13-222.pdf\">State v. Green<\/a>, 287 Neb. 212, 842 N.W.2d 74 (2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s stop based on a window tinting violation was valid, and that led to smelling marijuana. The window tinting statute was not unconstitutionally vague, so the stop was valid. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsc.state.tn.us\/sites\/default\/files\/kizerdeedralynetteopn.pdf\">State v. Davidson<\/a>, 2013 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 1034 (November 26, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>The district court\u2019s findings of consent to enter and search are not clearly erroneous. Once they were in, defendant admitted to cooking crack there 20-30 times. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/14a0030n-06.pdf\">United States v. Parrett<\/a>, 552 Fed.
