Defendant actually accompanied the officers off the porch to the sidewalk first. <a href=\"http:\/\/supremecourt.ne.gov\/sites\/supremecourt.ne.gov\/files\/coa\/opinions\/a13-025.pdf\">State v. Warrack<\/a>, 21 Neb. App. 604, 842 N.W.2d 167 (2014).<\/p>\n<p>There was probable cause for the search warrant of defendants\u2019 house based on evidence from a trash search and other things. [Described almost as a slam dunk issue. \u201cThey argue that these papers depict only legal transactions. But the defendants are viewing this evidence through rose-colored glasses. Fairly read, it tied the defendants&#8217; home tightly to\u201d the fraud.] <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca1.uscourts.gov\/pdf.opinions\/12-2231P-01A.pdf\">United States v. Floyd<\/a>, 740 F.3d 22, 2014-1 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) P50,124 (1st Cir. 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was in a warehouse searched, but he couldn\u2019t show any standing to contest the search. The officers first sought consent, then believed the consenter (who just worked there) might lack authority so they got a search warrant. <a href=\"http:\/\/appellate.nccourts.org\/opinions\/?c=2&amp;pdf=30700\">State v.
