D.O.<\/a>, 2013 ND 247, 2013 N.D. LEXIS 246 (December 19, 2013).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFaint odor\u201d of raw cannabis is probable cause. It wasn\u2019t disputed that it could be smelled; the whole argument was whether it mattered it was \u201cfaint.\u201d Faint odor is still odor. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.state.il.us\/court\/Opinions\/AppellateCourt\/2013\/3rdDistrict\/3130054.pdf\">People v. Weaver<\/a>, 2013 IL App (3d) 130054, 2 N.E.3d 621 (2013).<\/p>\n<p>A general search issue in a 2255 fails without specifying what happened or how or who messed up. United States v.
