A marijuana user is not barred from possessing a handgun under Heller and Bruen under § 922(g)(3). The past reliable CI provided information of recently seeing defendant in possession of drugs in defendant’s home, and that supported the warrant. United States v. Neal, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 18390 (M.D. Ala. Feb. 3, 2023).*
