State law provides a mechanism to challenge an alleged illegal search by a motion to suppress. That remedy need only be available to provide for Stone’s full and fair opportunity to litigate it. Smith v. Bucanan, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 75979 (S.D. Ohio May 6, 2019).*
